If the exact flowers or container in this arrangement are not available, we will create a beautiful bouquet with the freshest available flowers. Our designers will create a beautiful traditional style mixed flower arrangement that's just right for your occasion. Traditional floral arrangements are created in an upright, open and airy style.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I had a next day delivery for my mom’s birthday, and would have liked flowers delivered before noon. They immediately called to let me know it may arrive a little late. I appreciated how fast they got back to me to make sure that was okay. Flower arrangement was gorgeous!!! Thank you Sherwood!
