The flowers were gorgeous! I especially appreciated the phone call from the shop to let me know they needed to substitute a few stems and explain the changes. The recipient even sent me a picture, and the arrangement looked wonderful. One small suggestion: It would be amazing if the shop could send a quick photo of the final arrangement directly to the person who ordered it before delivery. That way, the customer can see exactly what their loved one is getting!"

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
